He is annoyed.

No real reason. Just annoyed.

It's probably the experiments he's doing at the moment.

He doesn't care that it's morning. Sinister found that the door to Milliways had stablized, letting him come and go. So today, he's in Bar, drinking brandy by the gallon.

There's an evil geneticist in the bar.  Well, another one, at any rate.  For once, he's not drinking or studying.  Instead, he's people watching.

After all, you don't get into the evil geneticist business if youre not interested in people.

Sinister is very nervous.  He's been hiding in his room for a while.  Something about having a woman rip through your mind.

But he's downstairs, now, and nursing a brandy to boot.

Sinister is out by the lake.  The bar proper is a hard place to think in, and he's got something fun to mull over.

He realy has no need for the information he gleaned, but it's fascinating nonethless.  Perhaps it willbe useful for the Phantom boy's friend. . .

All in all, Essex had a good day yesterday.

Just for shits and giggles, 'Chad' is sitting at Bar, drinking sherry.
